Scott Constable

Roscommon, Michigan. Clarkston High School. One message: trust your subconscious mind.

The man behind the five minutes

Scott Constable lives in Roscommon, Michigan, and went to Clarkston High School. He films from riverbanks and railroad tracks, in Detroit gear more often than not, and his message never changes: trust your subconscious mind.

His videos on the mind, the nervous system, and what it would take to win a championship in Detroit have made him a familiar face on Michigan sports social media and a name you’ll hear on local sports talk.

His approach links three systems: the conscious mind, the subconscious mind, and the nervous system. Working together as one, he says, they create unconscious confidence.

In his words

“Trust your subconscious mind, it’s all true.”
From his videos
“I can prove my process in five minutes.”
Scott, on his method
“Constable was right about everything.”

What he’s after

The NFL is the number one goal. Scott wants five minutes with a coaching staff to show them what his approach can do. Until then, he’s working with student athletes and teams who want to see it for themselves.
